Choosing between two mATX mobos

I was wondering as to what I should get between the Asus Maximus VII Gene or the MSI Z97M gaming. (Looking for them red colors).
I'm picking up the MSI Gaming GTX 970 so I'm choosing a good mATX board.

Why not Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5? just curious.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

Why not Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5? just curious.

I don't like the way their eyes are designed. I much prefer their gaming series to be green because it makes their gaming line stand out of other gaming lines. Personal Preference really.
