Quite good, although I'd expect an SSD at that price point.

nice rig. :) However, you can get a 500w PSU instead. H100i can fit @yourdad165. PCPartPicker made a build with similar specs.

Not sure why you would need a WD Black Hard drive, a blue should work for 90% of people and cut the price, but to each his own.

Okay then yeah looks good, I didn't think about the significantly less power draw you'd get from a 970 either. I was thinking about how a 600 watt PSU would cover a 770, keen observation. :)

That's true, having extra wattage is always good just as long as it isn't impractical. Plus the price difference between 500 watts and 600 watts is not a lot. In fact I find it harder to find a 500 watt PSU then a 600 watt one.

An SSD might be beneficial, but other than that looks good.
