  1. Hey guys, I'm just trying to record anything as opposed to only Direct X applications like Fraps limits me to. Or if anybody knows some way that I can use Fraps to record anything that would help me out a lot! Thanks!
  2. I've heard of it I guess I could try it. Thanks.
  3. Yeah I know people ask this all the time but I just want a quick simple answer. I know there is no "best" antivirus but I used to use AVG and it never shut off my PC for no reason or slowed it down. However, now it makes you install a bunch of useless components that I don't want like identity protection. I do not want to use two programs like an anti virus and whatever the other thing is. AVG did everything I need but now it's bad so I just want a better replacement for that. I checked online too but I can't trust anything that recommends McAfee so I'd rather ask here. Thanks!
  4. Sorry I meant to make it clear that the weird thing is it shows my entire "disk 0" which is one of my Seagate 1TB. It says "System" to the right of it yet it's empty. This wouldn't be a problem if I was allowed to use the drive but it's acting like it's a reserved drive yet it doesn't even have the OS on it.
  5. So I've installed Windows many times on my PC's and I've never had this problem before. In this case I already had Windows 10 installed but my intentions were to wipe my computer and start fresh (I'be done this before). So I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and installed it onto a USB and booted from the USB. Like usual I went into the custom option and began formatting and deleting my current partitions. All of them except for my D: drive could be properly deleted. It says "System" to the right of it though and the delete option is greyed out. I've never had this issue before so this is entirely new to me. I just want to install Windows completely from nothing. What do I have to do to delete this partition? I had already tried creating a simple volume from it but I'm not allowed to which makes no sense because I installed Windows 10 on my SSD. Though when I format the "System" partition it tells me I have no OS yet this partition is part of the D: drive which I never installed Windows on. Thanks in advance guys, it would mean a lot to me if I could get a simple solution to this.
  6. So I have a midi keyboard and when I try to record keystrokes in FL Studio 12 it doesn't record properly... All of my keys look like the picture below and they're all chopped up and do not sound like the way I played them. I've tried using both USB and MIDI + Power connection and both get the same results. Also, if anybody could also answer why when I use the pitch function while connected through MIDI it makes a loud noise instead of change the pitch that'd be helpful too.
  7. Yeah I could use premiere but I know how to use After Effects more and I don't think I can get all the effects I need using Premiere.
  8. I would but the composition I'm making is over an hour long and will take 8 hours to render using Media Encoder. Basically if I were to do it on Movie Maker I would have to render it twice and it would end up taking longer anyway. I normally would use Movie Maker though to render a lossless file.
  9. Okay that's fine, the video you linked is probably good enough for what I need to do with it.
  10. That's what I'm talking about that makes it tedious. I basically just want a way that I can just type in a duration and maybe add a repeating fade in / out effect for each time it changes.
  11. Which effect are you talking about that is better?
  12. What is the easiest way to do this? The only way I can think of now is by creating each individual text and configure all the effects that I want it to have and then just manually drag the time for it on the timeline. This takes way too long though to be ideal.
  13. I'm creating content on After Effects and I need to make it so that the effect "basic text" is used from X time to Y time saying something then from Y time to Z time saying something else. Essentially I need the text to change every so often when I specify it to do so. Summary (example) Basic text "EXAMPLE" from 0:00 - 3:25 Basic text EXAMPLE 2" from 3:25 - 5:50 Repeat. Thanks.
