I just just a new phone and im trying to clean my iphone 4 but i cant get the icloud account password right, i reset the password around 5 times and still nothing.

Do a factory reset through itunes

it says i need to turn off "find my iphone" and i dont know the icloud password for that account.

Well, why would you not know...? If you reset it? Are you sure you are using the right account? Also, should I post this on the Apple Support Forum for you, because they are usually much better at solving these things...

load iTunes, turn off your phone. Press and hold the home button, power on the phone, it should say something about factory in iTunes, hit ok, and the phone should start the process of a factory reset. Easy done
