GPU not using more than 20%

My GPU has been running fine until yesterday when i noticed alot of lag in my game, i normally get 30-40 fps but i was getting barely 15 fps, I then i ran a GPU benchmark and it didnt even use 20% of my GPU.

 

System:

GPU: GTX 660

CPU: Intel I7 4770K

RAM: 32GB Kingston

my power supply is a thermaltake 500w PSU that came with the case, temps barely go above 40 degrees, all this happend after the latest nvidia driver update

Never mind, i think its fixed for now, i jut unplugged the GPU (Took it completely out of my system) cleaned it up a bit and put it back, thanks for the help
