good $100 - $120 dollar usd 1920x1080 monitor

ok so i'm looking for a 1080p monitor thats within 100-120 usd might go up to 130 usd if theres a monitor worth it i don't really care for ips as long as its good for all sorts of games the the games that i will be playing on it will be blacklight retribution, world of tanks, unturned, minecraft, skyrim, civ 5, and europa universalis 4 and there will be more to the future so what would you recommend
