A couple of months ago I bought 2 EVGA 2GB GeForce GTX 660 FTW Edition graphics cards and currently have them in sli config. Not thinking at all about how long ago I built my rig (about 2 years ago) I didn't think about bottlenecks, until now. I ran a 3D Mark benchmark and got horrible FPS and Score on Fire Strike (non extreme). So this is my Rig that i have right now.

Intel Core i7 2600k running at 4.4GHz with Hyper-threading enabled cooled by a Corsair H100i

ASUS Z77 Sabertooth MOBO

The 2GB 660's

EVGA Supernova 850w G2 PSU

1 DIMM of G. Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB 1333

So my question, is my RAM and CPU bottlenecking my graphics cards?

That CPU while a little dated is fine... The RAM is a little slow but shouldn't be a problem. How hot are your cards getting?

Do not  as I  do, and  not  as I say. Instead do as you may..

Forget about CPU bottleneck. It still rocks! 1333mhz seems very old for me. I'm not telling you, that you'll see big difference, but if I were you, I'd get some 2133mhz 16gb RAMs.
