Good build actually. I wouldn't spend extra dough on thermal paste though, it's just a 212 EVO.

It's a great rig for what you're planning to do with it. 

As far as overclocking the 8320, it'll be based on your luck in the silicon lottery. 8320's are heavily binned so you'll have to just try your own OC to see how good of a chip you got.
