Newegg.com allows most products to be returned for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Exceptions may be noted within the product's Return Policy. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Carrier damage
  • Defective product
  • Product does not match advertising
  • Received incorrect product
  • Product was an extra item not ordered

Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.

 

 

 

 

Does a graphics card that says it is compatibility with older systems, but then doesn't function in it count as "Product does not match advertising"

Some people with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127783&cm_re=MSI_-_GeForce_GTX_750_Ti-_-14-127-783-_-Product say it works on their Hp mother board while others don't, i want to buy this card, but if it doesn't work and have to return it will their be a fee?

If your motherboard has a PCIe 2.0 x16 or 3.0x16 slot then it will work.

You have to pay the fee, but here's a trick. Call Newegg and have lots of questions about the RMA and some about the fee and if someone is nice, they'll remove it. ^^

I just put I wasn't happy with the products performance, no issue. Just a restocking fee and return shipping.
