How much Power do i need?

Ok so im planning on getting a GTX970 though

im not sure if my power supply has enough juice to run

it  im gana list my PC specs bellow if any of you 

guys could tell me if i need a new power supply

as well i would highly appreciate it.

 

CPU: Core i5-3550 Stock speeds (3.3 GHz / 3.7 Ghz)

GPU: GTX 560ti

PSU: Cooler Master GX 550W 

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H

RAM: 8 GB Kingston 1600MHz

HDD's : 2 x 1 TB WD blue's

thats just fine, your rig wont consume more than 350W under load.

The 550w psu should be fine, maybe even more than fine since all the reviews showed that the card took less than 300w to power.
