bricked sd card...

So I was reformating my SD card in my camera and I accidentally unplugged it while windows was formating it. Now when I plug it in, it comes up as just "removeable storage" and says 31.5tb used??? (it's a 64gb card)

 

is there anyway to fix?

Reformat it again?

Try re-formatting it, or in drive manager if it shows up delete the partition on it and create a new one?
