Upgrading

Hi i just bought a new graphics card, R9 270, i  play Fsx i kinda regret that i didn't go nvidia but I am planning to upgrading my cpu any suggestions. I have about a 250 dollar budget. i would want to get a CPU that can make up for some of the slack for graphics card or whatever.

 

My specs are:

 

Amd a6-3670k 

psu 500 

R9270

gigabyte a55-ds2 motherboard 1600/900

windows 7 64bit

1 20 inch monitor

not sure size of other monitor but smaller 1280/1024

I'd go for an i5 4690k and a decent z97 motherboard. Ooh and i'd recommend a hyper 212 evo for air cooling too.
