NCIX -> Canada -> Linus is on this forums :) If your GTX690 does not get delivered properly you can shout at linus :P

Ok, fair enough. In that case, if you want to go with NCIX, that first link i posted ( the Asus card ) is from their US store, so should no problem delivering to you. Enjoy your card, be sure to post a build log of it when you get it :D
