You could probably save some money by going with an 8320 instead of a 3570K.

I would say save some money and go for AMD FX-8320 or FX-8350 and overclock them then you can use that to get HD7950.

 

You should get RAM rated atleast 1600MHz.

Rest config is good.

Swap the gaming mobo to the regular z77a-G45

 

Replace ram with cheaper Kingston Hyper X CL9 1600 ram. (Or any cheap CL9 1600 ram for that matter)

 

Get Samsung 840 120gb SSD instead  for much better random read/write speed.

 

Psu overkill. Get cx600 psu instead.

 

Grab a seagate barracuda 1 or 2 TB hdd for storage.
