Hi! I need your help guys, please

 

So, in July I got one of the 9 months trial key for BitDefender Internet Security (from their website)

 

I installed Bitdefender yesterday, and it says "Invalid Key".

I'm sure that isn't used, I'm the only one with access to the email where the key is.

 

I tried with Support, but if I try to send a email ticket it just stays in "sending" and never sends anything. The phone support... I'm from Mexico, so my english kinda sucks and the call would be through Skype

 

Any ideas?
