My FPS fall when I'm playing?!

Hi, I'm new to Linus Tech Tips fourm, but I'm not new to linus youtube page, so again, hi.

 

 

My problem is that when I'm playing, for example Battlefield 4 at 90 fps, it goes down to 0 fps. When I check what's going on with the asus gpu tweak, I see that the GPU Usage goes down to 0% TOO. The temperature NEVER exceed 42 Cº, and the FB Usage (I dont know fow what is it) it doesn't go to 0 too, but it falls to. I tried EVERYTHING, minus installing again windows.

 

I thought it was a PSU problem (I had a CoolerMaster 550W none 80 plus, for a ASUS GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GBD5), and I bought a "sentey" (it's a national mark from argentina) of 750w 80 plus bronze. It stopped for a while but again, yesterday started again.

 

I thought it was a virus / malware, I installed (apart from Avast! Antivirus) the Antimaleware Bytes. It didn't helped either. AND I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM lol.

 

When I'm playing, I see that I had a lot of RAM comsumption, (I have 8GB, and in some cases, it was on 7.5GB usage). I downloaded the "Mx RAM Booster", that reduces the RAM usage (don't know how), but it goes down to 5GB more or less. But that doesn't happens always.

 

I really don't know what more I can do, so if someone could help me, I'll be very happy.

just to be clear

it randomly goes 0 FPS while playing BF4 ?

ur not doing anything else while playing correct ?

Yes, first it randomly falls, and yes, I do have updated drivers. It doesn't do that from the begining, it starts whan i play more that 2 hoursor the, more or less. First it starts random, and then is constant. And in fact o downloaded today geforce dispay driver to see what happen. I do not use BETA Drivers.

If it doesn't happen in any other games I'd hazard a guess that it's a BF4 issue.

Check you CPU temps and you not running at 0,5ghz due to heat?

 

i would say mantel but its not a amd card. 

 

Its probably a background task like a AV scan or drop box syncing ect

But why sometimes happen and other times doesn't happen? And I was forgetting, when I did an AIDA 64 extreme test, it happen to me the same gpu usage problems, but no in an exagerate way like this

Sorry i didn't understand you. My CPU temperature not exceed, i mean, NEVER, exceed 60 Cº. I'm trying to buy a CoolerMaster V8 to replace Intel's thermo solution.
