putting setup cd on external hard drive

I have a game which is about 16Gb and its on a 2 dvds, so i am looking for a way to put it on a external hard drive so i can install the game quicker

Well you have to read it off the disk in the first place, but there are utilities which allow you to copy a disk image to another drive (such as MagicISO), then use a program such as OSFMount to tell windows the external HDD is actually a disk drive. However, you will still have to read it off the disks to get it onto the hard drives at all.
