Hello Forum,

I have just started having issues with my desktop.  Recently, I added a 2nd Nvidia Gtx 770 via sli, which caused random freezing issues that have not yet been resolves short of disabling sli (reinstalled drivers and GeForce experience and still persisted).  However, I recently updated my computer with the KB2975719 update as well as an intel graphics adapter update, and KB2984006, now my windows 8.1 pro is behaving oddly.  The gpu freezing seemed to occur when I ran Internet Explorer, Outlook, and possibly Steam, all of which are web based.  The crashes would result soon thereafter.  Now IE and Outlook refuse to start, IE will start after a while but will not navigate, my icons are just now loading after about 5 minutes of up time.  I know these are not good signs.  I also ran an sfc /scannow, which returned the result that some issues had been resolved but other issues could not be resolved.  This is the first issue I have had on this computer.  ANY help would be appreciated!  Thanks!

PS. I do know that an OS wipe or restore is the best solution, but I'm trying to avoid it!

PPS. PC settings also struggles to run and IE settings will not reset
