is it good my budget is 1000 usd the 770 is just a place holder for the 970 i plan on getting the build on cybermonday (for those who don't know cybermonday is when online store have sales on alot of stuff) so is this good Edit forgot to say i haven't decided on the case yet so any suggestion  will be nice but nothing more than 70 usd

Looks good, though I'd get an samsung 840 evo ssd instead.

Looks about right, but those 128 gigs will run out quick. On cyber monday, consider a 256 or even a 512 gb SSD.  

Also, do you really need an optical drive?

well i wan't one just in case and i will need it for all the disc games i have and i'll see how low some of the 256 or 512 get on cybermonday

Well if you think you need one then go for it!   

But yea, a 256-512gb ssd would be preferred. 

Look at the Adata Premier Pro 256 gb SSD for 89$ 99$. It seems like a good deal. But then again, wait for cybermonday to come around.
