Which version is better? Also are they compatible/do I have all the parts needed to build a gaming pc?

Personally I would choose as follows:

 

CPU cooler: I would  go for the enermax one or pretty much any tower cooler that size over the h60i. The radiator in the h60i is so small it has to show in temps.

PSU: The Thermaltake is modular and has 80+ gold efficiency rating, so that one.

HDD: I don't see one in Version 2?

Case: The corsair just looks better to my eye :) Also I've never heard of RAIDMAX?

CPU, RAM, GPU, Motherboard: no difference, don't care or don't know :D

 

For online gaming I would suggest a wired internet connection if possible. Wireless is just adding latency.

Well, if he's like me and he's not 18. He NEEDS WiFi. I literally ask my family to move the router to my PC, but nope. Anyways, I should be a getting a ethernet port in my room. :)
