Can't save bios setting

It seems like I can't save my bios setting on my Asus m5a97. When I click on ''save setting and restart'' the computer shut down, my case LED and fan stop and the computer restart. But all my setting are back to stock. I thought it was just an unstable overclock but it also does that at stock. It restart in recovery mode and I have a screen that says ''Diagnosing problem'' or something like that. (It's written in french and I don't want trigger the problem just to comfirm)

My OC profile are still there

Case : Corsiar Air 540 CPU : Intel i5 8600k GPU : Asus Nvidia 970 DirectCUII RAM : 16gb DDR4 MB : ASUS Prime z370-p PSU : OCZ Modxtreme 700w SSD : Samsung 840 EVO 250gb
