It works by shutting down a bunch of processes while you game so the game can have more resources. It only really works if you have an ancient computer or 200 processes running at a time.

Depends on how shitty your rig is.

I mean, it helps my computer because it's an ancient Vista machine with 2GB of RAM and some shit Pentium.

 

it has a perceivable difference in TF2 with and without RGB
