windows 8 error help needed please

So I changed my motherboard and processor to xeon 1230v2 and b75m-d3h. I restored my windows computer to factory settings. Now I'm stuck in an infinite loop cannot setup my windows 8 account (personalization email thing) I get a blue screen stating that were having problems with sad face. And if u wanna Google it it says. Asio.sys.

Problem: I don't have the windows installation disk so I can't just change my bios to load from cd. Does anyone know how I can fix this or mabey reset windows from the bios.

I'm unable to run safe mode or any of the other 9 options the failed to restart property brings up.

disable driver verifier.

Start > type verifier in the Search programs and files box and press "Enter" > Delete existing settings > Finish

P.S. not sure this is the right place to post this, maybe it would be better in software and operating systems

you plug your harddrive into another computer and in your computer window, you right click and reformat, it wipes the drive then bring it back to your computer and install a fresh windows 8

What do you mean you don't have a Windows 8 disk?

How did you install it the first time?

I think it might be the fact you changed your MB. 

 

Someone correct me if im wrong but I believe if you change your MB you need a new windows license.
