As the title says I need some help with my M65 software, when I try to edit anything on the "Manage performance" tab it just seems like everything is locked or something. When I first got the mouse a few months ago the software worked fine but since then i've tried to go back and change some things but it didn't let me. I have tried creating a new profile and it still does the same thing, oh and its ONLY the "manage performance" tab I can still assign buttons etc. Any help would be great thanks

  • 1 month later...

I am having the exact same issue... I can get it to work for a few minutes then it will lock the software just as you described...  I believe it is a firmware issue but I am not sure.  beside the firmware it says NA for me.  What does it say for you?

Probably firmware issue.  Check on the Corsair site for an update.  I remember when I got my M65 I downloaded a firmware update right away. Corsair also asks you to reinstall the drivers from their website after updating the firmware.

Did you try things in this order?

1. Uninstall the drivers from computer

2. Disconnect mouse and restart computer

3. Plug in mouse and download latest firmware, follow instructions to flash onto mouse

4. Install the drivers and restart computer

If the mouse also does the same thing on another computer then RMA is your best option :(
