WIN 8.1 Phantom Screen,No Windows Boot,nVidia Drivers

Hello forum members!, I have a problem which I must say is really bugging me.

So my pc worked fine for about 6 hours but then next day after school it decides "Oh screw this" moment and decides hey lets load windows to the boot logo and loading the processing/loading cycle and gues what?

It just idles for about 30 minutes and then i see a cursor near the bottom left corner with a white box and it appears for literally a couple of seconds and then goes away and comes back so i leave for another half an hour and then

I power off the pc with my Phanteks Enthoo Luxe's power button and from there life of my pc as I know it has ended...., So then I open the side clean the dust filters then, take the one 4GB DDR3 ram module out and in again carefully.

[Note: I did touch the PSU to discharge any static.]

Anyways further on I reboot the computer and I see nothing apart from my monitors 'no video available' and try my second monitor no luck there as well D:

[Note: I try all the three video outputs on my gpu still no luck......]

So then I take the card out and then try the onboard VGA connector still no luck.

[Note: I hear beeps I cant remember what order but they were random like I belive they where motherboard error alerts etc...]

After a while the PC just still wont even get to where it was before I started taking the side off let alone the login screen for win8.1 pro 64bit

[My Specs]:

AMD Dualcore CPU 3.00Ghz

MSI 760GM-P21-FX

4GB Ram Unbranded

nVidia Asus Silent Edition GT610 2GB

Corsair 750CXM PSU [bought only 2 months ago]

Phanteks Enthoo Luxe [bought only 2 months ago]

Here are some picks..

I dont have any win8.1 disks, USBS's etc or Recovery stuff. Only the win8.1 in the house.

I belive this is an nVidia fault please help :D

Thanks -Brad
