borderlands 2 red mesh?

Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? only happening on borderlands 2

i'm running on intel hd 4600, it runs the game fine, around 30-50fps, just started it today though and it's like this. Every other game is fine though.

This kind of thing happend to me when i had the 8500gt.

Sadly the graphic card had issues and need to be replaced.

I hope this not the issue with you.

Definitely looks like a dying GPU but try reinstalling drivers and see if that helps.

I fixed the problem, apparently the intel hd graphics panel was setting the games anisotropic filtering, I can run the game perfectly fine if i set the option to any value in game, but if the control panel has anything to do with it then that is what happens. Thank god it wasn't the igpu.
