I heard that there's alot of issues of these mobos.

ASUS M5A97 R2.0

ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0

I also heard of BIOS issues and auto-downclocking the CPU to 1.4ghz.

I'm quite concerned about me getting this mobo and regret getting it.

And if so, What MoBo should I buy (budget side)?

Oh and, AM3+

It is auto-downclocking it when there is no need for such ghz speed???

If you already have it and you're not having these issues, keep it. If you specifically google any motherboards name and then add the word "problem", you're always going to find a lot of crap. That goes for any product, even the ones that are generally regarded as "very good" or "the best". For instance, try googling "noctua problem".

Holy fuck, are you reading my mind?

Because I just did that and you are probably right.

Every mobo has issues.
