Hi i would like to know if there are any problems with this build

Case: Aerocool DS 200 Blue with window
GPU: Galaxy GeForce GTX 770 GC 2GB
RAM: Avexir Core Original AVD3U16000904G-2CW 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003
Power Supply: Cougar RS750 750W 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K
Motherboard: MSI H97M-G43 Motherboard
Network Card: D-Link DWA-548 Wireless N300 PCIe Desktop Adapter
Monitor: Samsung S22D300H 21.5in Widescreen LED Monitor
Mouse and Keyboard: CoolerMaster CM Storm Devastator Gaming Bundle

Only two things I would change is the power supply and network card.

 

Cougar is on the same level as Thermaltake, they have an "it works, I guess" philosophy for quality components and I do not trust them. For a network card I would get something from Intel because it's damn well guaranteed to work.

 

Other than that, it's solid.

H97 =/= 4690k

Could switch to an ASUS board for OCing.

 

Yeah, don't buy a K series processor when you can't overclock on the H97 platform. Either don't buy a K series, and just get the 4690, or change the motherboard to a Z97 one  :) 

Correct me if I'm wrong though...

You can on ASUS boards.

change the power supple for this one

This motherboard

MSI ATX DDR3 2400 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97, and also get an EVGA GPU, and some corsair, ballistix, kingston, crucial or adata RAM

I would replace the hard drive with a hybrid drive.

noticeable difference while computing
