If you wanted to do it without having to spend any money on splitters by just plugging the xbox 360 into the HDMI IN on the xbox one then select TV and using it as a pass through, that's what I did for my younger brother, the only thing is that when using the 360 through the xbox one it may increase the latency or hurt the quality a little, but you might as well try :)

It takes up to 3 inputs and lets you select between the three.

Now if you need 2 inputs say and need them to display simultaneously or across different monitors independent of each other, you will need a HDMI Matrix, but those are too costly.

If you just want to have the Xboxes you can plug the 360 HDMI out into the One's HDMI in. Then using the "Xbox Watch TV" voice command it will take 360 full screen. I do it in my personal setup.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.
