What is the difference between these two motherboards

 GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 1.0/1.1)    and  GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 1.2)

The both look pretty much the same to me, So which is better and which one should i get

They're both the same motherboard, however one says rev 1.2 next to the name, whereas the other says rev 1.0/1.1

 
 

The rev. 1.0/1.1 probably had a small flaw they fixed with rev. 1.2. Get rev. 1.2

The audio chip is different 1.2 is VIA HD audio codec instead of Realtek.

is that better or is it worse

If there aren't any major improvements with the rev. 1.2, I'd go for the rev. 1.1 one. The Realtek-codec is better than the VIA one in my opinion.

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Seems like the rev. 1.1 doesn't carry support for CFX, something which the rev. 1.2 does.
