never used AMD... in my own system but i prefer the experience of nvidia and stuff

you can't "prefer" the experience of nvidia if you haven't even used amd.

Typically this is the attitude of some or many nvidia owners and it's unfortunate. "I don't know about AMD cause I have never used them in my life but I prefer nvidia cause everyone says it's the best"

I have used both I just havent used AMD in my own system as I said, however I have used Nvidia in my own system because i preferred the experience to AMD the UI felt smoother and it just seemed more simple. Maybe I have a lack of using AMD but thats not to say i hate it they've done some pretty amazing stuff recently (295X2) and id love to have that in an upcoming build im planning for an mITX system. However will i ever put it in my personal system? No because I know Nvidia I've always had it and its what I prefer.

It annoys me when people just assume that because they like Nvidia better they're just "going with the flow" and following the crowd. I am not a sheep thank you very much so dont liken me to one

I prefer Nvidia for features and cooling, but AMD is still pretty good, especially if you're on a tight budget.

Can I put it on you as I ask you to reinforce your opinions with legit facts on that nvidia has " better features and cooling" opinion of yours ?

Don't worry, I/O is the biggest troll right now, he's on the other thread too. He constantly downtalks people who like Nvidia like myself, and I use Nvidia for the same reason as you, never had a problem with their cards, love the features, and I don't have a use for mantle so I don't see a reason in switching over. He can't understand that people prefer one thing over another.

Something I've noticed since being on this forum, one of these threads normally get created once a week.

Closely followed by "would a not yet released part be better than this one year old part?"

noob threads. Noobs tend to get pulled into the nvidia hype/propaganda because they tend to not have the supporting background knowledge and experience to make a proper well rounded choice when picking a GPU so they follow the other has been noobs that got sucked into nvidia's well oiled whirlwind of marketing trickery that have never ran anything other than nvidia.
