My cpu fan is vibrating and making loud sound. I try to push it or something , the sound goes a bit down but it still vibrates. My fan acidently fell in to the cpu fan (dont ask how) and some of the cpu fanblades broke. I am going to buy a new fan but i need to know why it is vibrating so bad. Could the "engine" of the fan brake or something? Any ideas?

Damaged fan blades can ruin the balance and make it wobble.

I wouldn't recommend using tape. It's not rigid enough and precision is key.  I'd recommend replacing the fan or cooler altogether. The stock cooler would do if you still have it.
