AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Dual FTW ACX Video Card

I have done a bunch of reading on Overclocking GPU's. and have downloaded a few things like Nvidiainspector to overclocking, but i really cant find a good guys to go into the UEFI for the processor or GPU. Anyone have a good idea? i am a beginner and willing to brick my items to learn how to do it.

It's not that dangerous anymore, I HIGHLY doubt you will fry anything if you pay attention. For GPU overclocking i recommend MSI Afterburner and for CPU overclocking there are tons of guides for CPUs! You could even look at my overclocking database for some 8320 results :)

Overclocking is a trial and error process, but overclock.net is a great place to point you in the right direction for you specific hardware. once you know, you newegg... Once you know what settings to adjust and where to set them, you will eventually build up an overclocking intuition of sorts as you experiment. MSI afterburner is king of gpu overclocking tools.
