PrimoChill System Prep

So im moving my old watercooling parts to a new case along with a new motherboard. I bought Primo Chill Advanced LRT and obviously comes with a system prep. What exactly does it do and should I bother with the trouble of letting it run in my system and draining it just to immediately fill it again?

Don't use that system prep. It will make you're tubing all foggy. If you do a quick Google search, you will know what I mean.

I made the mistake of using System Prep and found out the hard way of the tubes clouding. It could have been my fault, I don't know, but I will not use it again. I will just use distilled water, flush until clean and fill the system up again.
