If your CPU is a bottleneck (0.01% of the time) it reaches above 90% load.

If your GPU is a bottleneck (99.9% of the time) it reaches 100% load.

Basically if your GPU is the bottleneck your system is pretty much fine.

Edit: Basically if it reaches 90-100% load all the time then that component is the bottleneck. Really 99.9% of the time it should be your GPU.

NO NO NO you want your GPU to be used to the max. Spends lots of money on the GPU only to use 50% of it's power makes no seance. Also for those with older CPUs it's the CPU and crappy console ports that is more often than not causing the bottleneck.

You did not read properly what I said. I said you want your GPU to be the bottleneck (indirectly) BECAUSE THAT MEANS IT WILL BE ON 100% LOAD!

An R9 295x2 on 99% load is a bottleneck that is not so bad at all LOL. But really that not a bottleneck that's just running at load.

That is a GPU bottleneck. Your GPU is holding you back as opposed to your RAM or CPU. It's totally normal to have a GPU bottleneck though.

I don't see that as a bottleneck I see it as getting the performance as advertised and paid for.

It's by all means a bottleneck because if you upgrade the GPU you get better frame rates = Graphics card held me back = GPU bottleneck :P.

That's like complaining that your car only has 300HP because you bought the V6 version and not the V8 with 400HP. You paid for what you got and not bottle necked.
