Big problem help!

Hi there i have a big problem with my pc it wont start. The pc itself doesstart but theres no bios no nothing??? Please help it hapenned after i oc'ed the cpu to 4.3 at 1.230 v

Does the monitor/tv react to the pc in any way? This could be the issue.

Well here's what i would go through (you might have done some of there):

1.Check all your wiring, it can be just a minor connector not fully plugged in. Definetely make sure you check your display output (hdmi, dvi, whatever you use). And check the video card power cables too.

2.See if all components are installed correctly, maybe your video card isn't properly plugged in
