I'm looking for a laptop to use in school, watch films, browse Web and casually play games eg gta when it comes out. My question is, is this laptop built well and will it perform well? I know that the gtx 860m is the keplar but besides the heat output and it drawing more energy is there a big difference in the fps?http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-026-GI&groupid=959&catid=1828

Did you see this as well? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-205-AS&groupid=959&catid=1828, It might have an older gpu but the Ltt crew have spoke very highly of it.

Edit. Also the Asus has windows 8 the Gigabyte does not, So that would add £70 if also bought from Overclockers.

have an very powerful CPU, the GPU is good as well, i think with 860m 4gb run most if not all games, the only games possibly not playable will be crysis 3 and metro last light (talking of 1080 high or ultra) even a desktop GPUhave troubles with that.

Hi!

I think that this laptop will suit you perfectly in all of your needs. You may need to turn down some game settings, but for the most part you should be able to run games on medium and high with the occasional ultra. Battery life may not be terrific, but I assume that you don't care about that a lot.

Good luck in your choice
