GTX 570 reference temp is this NORMAL?!

hello guys, i got an OLD card, a reference palit gtx 570, i already re-applied thermal paste to it and clean it, i got an idling temp of 46-48C when browsing only. i got 60-62C on dota 2 all maxed out, and in BF4 all high w/ 4x AA, i got 69-72C on 99% full load on GPU and 70% fan speed , it is automatically defined on MSI afterburner. i got a 1366x768 resolution, is this normal for a 219w GPU? and is the 70-75C of temp safe for long hours of gaming?? tnx for the help
