Cheap gaming rig, please comment

A friend said that they wanted a computer capable of gaming for around £500, this is won't i put together, please comment.

Drop the watercooler, drop the RAM to some cheaper brand, make that CPU an Athlon x4 750/760K (dependent on what is cheaper) and squeeze in an R7 265, GTX 750 Ti, R9 270 or R9 270X depending on the end result.
