Frames drops and low FPS on CSGO?

recently I have been getting FPS drops and just generally low FPS. other people I know who have even lower-end specs than the ones I have don't seem to have these problems? its only in CS GO too.... I have tried lowering the rez and settings but I get the same FPS as I do on the highest! what's going on? I saw on other forums people are having similiar problems! (even with more powerful hardware)

Maybe thermal throttling. Check your CPU and GPU temps while playing and come back with the result.

seems pretty standard (screenshot taken after 10 minutes of play time) at idle or light webbrowsing it sits around the early 30s and in games it goes to the high 40s or low 50s and when rendering videos it goes to the late 50s

No, take the screenshot during atleast 30 minutes of gameplay
