Payday 2 Poor frames

I used to be able to run Payday 2 no problem getting around 70-90 frames, then overnight the frames just sucked, also no matter what texture detail/res above 720p the frames are stuck at 20.

 

I have searched this issue up alot and none of the fixes I have looked at have worked.

 

Specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium K G3258

GPU: R 260x

Check to make sure the 260X is actually the main GPU, bios might've reset and somehow defaulted to Intel HD graphics.

nvm, I found out that it was the AMD Gaming Evolved thing causing my low frames, I uninstalled it and it is fine now.
