5. Why are you upgrading?
Having a 5 year old Core2duo and a 5450 is not gonna do it these days

So any issues with it? is the psu enough for the 280x?

Looks good. I would go with a more powerful power supply, one with an 80+gold rating. Not sure about that one, I've never heard of and ECO power supply. Definitely stick with SeaSonic though.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

How much would a 120 -128Gb SSd like a Crucial MX100 cost, it would make a world off difference in Windows Performance along with whatever programs are installed on it?

Not likely, I use a 750W PSU for a 780Ti

It's always better to get more power, I've got a 750w seasonic x-series and I only have a single gtx660 graphics card, but when I go to upgrade to a better gpu, I won't need to upgrade my power supply as well.

Hate to say it but those prices are messed but when compared to the other components you selected.
