hello, i was  wondering what the forums  would  say if  they had  180 usd  budget and  needed  four  pcie  8 pin connecter.

Also does  8 pin mean the  same  thing as 6+2 pin when it is talking  about it the power  supply needs  to be  750w  or  higher. thanks for all the  help buiding  my first  gaming rig.

I don't really get what your saying. Can you be more specific. 

Are you saying that you need a power supply that needs a 8 pin power connector? What is the budget for? Power supply or graphics card?

most if not all PSUs will come with 6+2 pin connectors, or enough to make nearly any combination work. You will have enough and proper cables with a 750w+ PSU.

EVGA 850W G2, Corsair HX850. The 750W models are just as good.

 

Many 8 pin PCI-E connectors are 6+2. Both the units I've suggested are 6+2.
