R9 280 & Furmark question

I was watching Afterburner while i was running Furmark and noticed the GPU Usage and Cor Clock were bouncing, is this normal? I would think they would be at a constant #

dont know for sure because i dont ahve one but it doesnt seem like its thottling, its probably a turbo boost glitch, furmark is meant to exceed and purposely f*** with tdp's so cards could potentially boost up then go over tdp, then clock down the go under tdp then clock up...

not set in stone though..

it doesnt do it in Valley, so its Furmark....thank god its not my card! lol

My 7950 throttled in Furmark too. Only in Furmark so i don't care so much.
