Nvidia Shield Lag

So when I start a game, every 20 seconds or so there is severe lag, and makes most games unplayable. My desktop gets 360mbps connection speed, and the shield gets 200 something... I've heard that wireless for shield streaming is bad, but my laptop has no issues. Help?

EDIT: I know i've posted about Streaming issues before, but this is seriously annoying. And also, no offense but the nvidia gamestream forum isnt that helpful.

Someone there recommended a powerline adapter for ethernet. How is that better than wireless AC? (just wondering)

Baby monitors and other wireless rubbish interferes with signal. As a power line user i feel they are much better than the Wireless N i have here.

I really dont know what would cause interference to the signal other than my walls. And i have wireless AC, so is it faster than the power line?

And i have a range extender (wireless G, horrible in general) thats technically a range extender. Will that work?

Powerline would be more reliable than wireless. Range extenders are not necessary. HP-5102AC_diagram.jpg

refer to diagram. You can get powerline adapters with built in extenders and all.

And also, how do i set some programs to use ethernet while others use wireless?

1) Don't work with USD, only works out  20 quid. You couldn't get a gigabit powerline for that price unfortunately.

2) You could always disable your wireless or unplug/replug Ethernet adapter i think.
