can i add more ram?

i just built my computer and i have 8gb of ddr3 ram so im wondering if i can add more ram to it from my old computer which is 4gb 2xgb each stick on the label it says it is 2gb 2r8 pc2 6400u 666 12 e3 so i dont know if it will be compatible or not with my other ram so just wondering will it work or not if i add it?

Nope, the other RAM is DDR2, not compatible.
