Heres what im looking to make/buy
CPU: i7-4790k 4.0GHz Quad Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z97Professional ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Mushkin Enhanced Redline 32GB (4x 8GB) 240 pin DD3 2133 (Timings 9-10-10-28)
Storage 1: Samsung 840 EVVO 500GB ssd

PSU: Corsair CSM 750w 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular
OS: Windows 8.1 Prof OEM 64bit

My estimated cost atm $1,544

Storage 2: 1TB HDD

Optical Drive: Dont know its details, it plays&burns dvds. I bought it 5 years ago for my cousin and he never used it, it just sat in a closet. I also have 1 in my current rig I could salvage.
GPU: Temporary Geforce GTX 560 ti (PCI express 2.0 i think). I intend to upgrade in a few months after the 900 series is released to a dual SLI Cards.

What I want to know.
Im here in this community seeking help/ advice in relation to did I pick decent enough parts that will all work together. I'm worried about hardware incompatabilties with not correct slots, And making sure everything will all fit.

Welcome to the forum  :).

Since you seem to work a lot with 3D rendering, I would suggest to go with X99. More cores are always better for that usage scenario.

Here's what I came up with:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor  ($389.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($94.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock X99 Extreme4 ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard  ($238.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 550D ATX Mid Tower Case  ($124.99 @ NCIX US)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit)  ($128.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $1311.92
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

EDIT: Forgot the SSD: Samsung 840 Evo. Around 250$

Molex to SATA, lose all your data
