G2A is a key seller. You could get a windows 8 key there for around 17€ or so.

Its 600$ without a case cause I don't know what you like. (+ you could run it on your desk without a case ;) )

what would be a good case for good air flow

From what I know basically most ATX cases. As long as you have an intake on the top of the case airflow shouldn't be a problem.

The one I chose, even has an intake on the left sidepanel.
