i am new to building computers and wanted to know what would be a good parts list to do some gaming on for about $600.

gaming resolution would probably 720p. i will mainly playing games like mine craft but in the future i might play some battlefield. i would also like to record my gameplay with a capture card.

You could remove the windows and get it from G2A or similar. I would also change the RAM to 2 4GB sticks. Better bandwidth etc.

G2A is a key seller. You could get a windows 8 key there for around 17€ or so.

Its 600$ without a case cause I don't know what you like. (+ you could run it on your desk without a case )

From what I know basically most ATX cases. As long as you have an intake on the top of the case airflow shouldn't be a problem.

The one I chose, even has an intake on the left sidepanel.

Not in that kind of price range. When I picked my parts I already had in mind to spend more than 100$ on the case.
