I'm assuming you mean the wearable. 

are you trying to connect via bluetooth, or wifi? 

 

turn on both just in case. than redo the pair and see if that fixes anything.

I use to be able to input a cheat code now I've got to input a credit card - Total Biscuit

hmm, are you using the app that came with it if there was one? it should take a little while to pair.
