You could probably look up Blue Yeti on amazon and there will be commonly bought things together and that will be your best bet.

That is $120 for the mic alone, and I have looked on Amazon and not found anything so I came here

Mxl Tempo. and I dont' know where you can get an arm.

Just updated that post with the link, apparently only $120 for mic, although I am not from canada just using amazon.ca so it could be different.
